- First evening at the arrival I got the key from the locked key box easily, unfortunately the electricity did not work, but Yannis quickly solved the problem and next day I was relocated to the up floor to a bigger room without an extra charge, thank you very much for the quick response and kind attitude. - The location was very close to the seaside in a 5 min walking distance, very close to cafes and restaurants. - The room was equipped with a coffee machine, kettle and various teas, mosquito nets on the windows, clean bathroom and comfortable beds, smart tv with Netflix and YouTube channels. - The door of the room at the ground floor opened directly to the street, upstairs were more calm and with a safer feeling. Since the room is very close to the city center there may be some street noise during the daytime. - Other than that everything matched and exceeded my expectations, I will surely stay again the next time I visit Chios. Everything was perfect. The hotel owners were very attentive. Due to a communication problem on the first day, we rented a car from the wrong person. It was a bit funny, but it created a wonderful memory. They were very helpful in resolving this issue. It's extremely clean and centrally located, close to everything. I highly recommend it, especially for those visiting Chios for the first time. Thank you for all your hospitality and friendly attitude.

She let us check in early and graciously allowed us to use the room until our ferry at 18:00, even though the official checkout was at 11:00. 🕚➡️🕕 Her kindness made our stay even more enjoyable.
